EuropeanPath provides relocation and visa application support for people moving to or within the EU, and recruitment support for EU employers. We help prepare and guide applications; we do not control, and cannot guarantee, the decisions of immigration authorities.

No guaranteed outcomes

Nothing on this website or in our communications is a guarantee of a visa, residence permit or job placement. Immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant authority, and we will always tell you honestly where a route looks unlikely to work.

Not a substitute for legal advice

Under German law (Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz), individual legal advice on residence and immigration law is reserved for licensed lawyers. EuropeanPath provides relocation and application support, not individual legal advice. Where a situation needs a lawyer, we will tell you so and can work alongside one.

Fees and payment

The first consultation is free, with no obligation to continue. Paid work only begins once we have agreed the scope and cost with you in writing, and fees are invoiced to our business account.
